The main goal of Enjoy my Diet is to help you lose weight and keep it off permanently. That's why you have to be very conscientious and follow our indications. You will need to weigh your food, not only at the beginning of our work but until the end. Why? Because we are going to weigh you, measure you and assess the quantities of all you can eat according to your body type. What you eat and your portion size of food is a crucial part of the weight loss rebalancing. You will have to especially believe in yourself and let your body act serenely. You will also have to eat!
